Welcome to Part II of our three part series on service contracts. This article on services for high volume laser fax machines. Service contracts to a high volume of faxes are very different from photocopying contracts.

The difference is that the faxes are paid for the cost per copy. If you read my previous article "contracts for copiers," then you know that the cost per copy means that youpay each time you make a copy. Fax service paid differently.

Understand what is covered and what is not covered is very important to know before buying a service contract on the fax machine. Most employment contracts fax machine is paid annually and the stock is generally not covered. Many service contracts do not include toner, drums, or a warm roll. Many service companies will sell you operate a discount until still keep your car under contract. They also have an additional cost of printed circuit boards to cover.

You can also buy a "cleaning contract alone." You can buy two or three calls to housekeeping or years in advance at a discount. In this way, keep the car clean, if you encounter problems and you need a service to make calls, you can save money.

I always recommend installing a high quality protection for all copiers waveFax> and laser printers. It protects your computer against power surges that can destroy your computer. Some wave protects organizations are assured that your computer does when golf is on guard to protect against high-voltage waves.

Service is like an insurance policy. They may or may not save money. Many companies do not buy the fax services, why not cover everythingcontracts for copying to be done. They have their car service (s) for a single call. You must decide for yourself or your company if your machine you buy a service contract for the fax.
